The customer service sucks takes months to get things rectified.
All i have to say is word of mouth goes a long way.
I will tell everyone i know not to go there.
I totally agree with dale.
I will never deal with custom carpet again.
The people at cc are the rudest and incompetent people i have ever deal with in sales.
The anonymous comments say it all.
Dale, you should write a second article going over your comments that are right below mine, about the slice in the floor and small lumps.
They really should correct the issue, your pictures is not speaking 1,000 words.

The other areas are very smooth.
After i tried contacting the manager several times.
The repair crew came out and were shocked to see the huge bubble.
They informed me it could not be fixed unless it is ripped up damaging the other parts of the floor.
The one worker said to leave heavy books on it for a few days.
Then call back if not better.
The manager came out and said he would have to slice the floor open and push the bubble down and use a metal strip.
I kept on insisting that he had to use one.
I kept on refusing.
He said he will have to come back.
The manager said he needed to order special glue and seam sealer.
It took two more times for the manager to fix the bubble which added more weeks of waiting.
Finally, the bubble was gone, but there is a slice in my floor and now there are several smaller lumps from the glue he used.
It is now a lot better than it was, but not as smooth as the r your photo tells almost the whole story.
The other thing that may have sent me running was when they did not set up an appointment to measure the rooms to be covered.
That screams a lack of professionalism.
Were they going to guess at the room sizes?
Then to be charged without prearrangement two more times?
There are consumer advocacy places with which you can get recompense.
Hope this all works out in your favor.
Any reputable company would have done anything in their power to fix it, since it was their fault.
